La joie vient lorsque l’on oublie ce qui entrave nos vies, nos pensées. La peur n’est que le reflet de nos angoisses passées. La souffrance vient de notre ignorance de ce qu’est la vie dans sa globalité. Chercher à comprendre sous cet angle de vue nous ouvre les portes de la lumière ; celle-là même qui nous aveuglerait si nous n’avions conscience de la grandeur de nos âmes.

Chaque incarnation est une expérience de vie nécessaire à notre évolution. Il n’y en a pas de bonne ou de mauvaise. Elles sont toutes faites pour nous permettre d’ouvrir les yeux, de dilater nos cœurs, d’appréhender la beauté en toute chose (qu’elle nous paraisse belle ou abominable). Car tout a un sens, tout à une raison d’être. Sans amour on ne peut rien percevoir au-delà de l’apparence. Sans attention on ne fait que survoler les choses et l’on perd de vue l’objectif qui est de parvenir à ressentir toute situation, tout évènement, de l’intérieur, d’intégrer toute nouvelle donnée sans a priori, sans jugement, dans une vacuité bienveillante.

Chaque homme est apte à ouvrir son cœur à l’émerveillement. C’est par la méditation que l’on parvient à cette ouverture. Ne vous découragez pas. Vous pouvez tout si vous le voulez vraiment.
